LEASING MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Identify leasing prospects via canvassing or cold calling
•Generate new leasing leads and negotiate deals from inception to final execution
•Prepare weekly leasing activity reports and status of each negotiation held with potential tenants
•Actively analyse and research market trends and developments
•Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships
•Assist in the collection process

REQUIREMENTS
•Possess a tertiary qualification of 2 to 3 years experience in similar capacity
•Sound knowledge and understanding of the shopping mall industry, with market knowledge on retail performance, business opportunities and trends
•Has strong retail contacts and good networking within the retail industry
•Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills
•Able to prioritize multiple projects and consistently work within tight deadlines
•Strong attention to detail and highly organized
