ADMIN ASSISTANT (LEASING)

Job summary

Render administrative support to the Leasing Team. Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
• Prepare minutes of meeting, contact reports and standard correspondences to tenants
• Prepare, update and maintain lease reports, tenant database
• Assist to update tenant mix plans and other tenant-related documents
• Issue Tenancy Coordination Requests
• Attend to telephone enquiries
• Circulate reading materials within the department

Requirements

• Certificate/ Diploma holder with 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
• Knowledge of operating general office equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good planning, organizing and communication skills
